All products sold on our website are digital products (WordPress themes / templates). Once the payment is completed, the product is delivered instantly via download or access link.

No Refunds After Download

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the template has been downloaded or accessed.

By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have reviewed the demo and product description before purchase.
You understand that digital products cannot be “returned”.
Refund requests will not be accepted after delivery.

Exceptions
